Shipping policy

How and when will I receive my item?

Items will be shipped to buyers via USPS Priority mail with tracking. All items will ship within three days of purchase, and estimated postal delivery time is 2-3 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Due to customs fees and international return regulations, items purchased at HauteHeaven.com can currently only be shipped to U.S. addresses. Many items are cross-posted on third-party websites (ie. eBay, 1st dibs) and international shipping may be available through those merchants. 

What if my item was not received?

Haute Heaven will not be responsible for any lost packages. We are glad to provide any assistance that we are able should a package be lost in transit. Beyond opening a postal query, we cannot assist with or refund shipments that have been marked delivered.
