All sales are final.

We regret that due to the small size of our business and the unique nature of each item, we are unable to offer exchanges, returns or refunds.

All items on our website are vintage, pre-owned, or dead-stock and may show light wear due to age or use. Any notable condition issues will be listed in the item description. Please contact us at shophauteheaven@gmail.com with any questions you may have about size and condition of an item prior to purchase.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the shipment has been damaged.

 

What if my item was not received?

Haute Heaven will not be responsible for any lost packages. We are glad to provide any assistance that we are able should a package be lost in transit. Beyond opening a postal query, we cannot assist with or refund shipments that have been marked delivered.
